Job summary:
This  will  to act  the primary  Owner  the development  applications put together by  company's in-house development team. As such  will  expected  have good vision  knowledge  software development  its applicability  end-users  well  stakeholders.

Duties

• Undertake  the necessary  and responsibilities  a Scrum  Owner within Agile Development
• Undertake  necessary tasks  ensure  transparency, inspection  adaption  the scrum implementation within  company.
• Liaise  company senior management  stakeholders  English  regards  required  wants  needs.
• Conduct necessary  and brainstorming  to make sure that applications have  best, latest, most-stable  sustainable solutions  application development.
• Act  technical lead  any  (with assistance  the development team)
• Create  communicate  designs  wireframing.
• Train  mentor staff  the best way  implement scrum techniques when  where required
• Learn, understand, develop  communicate  associated non-functional requirements  the development team.
• As  member  the scrum team - ongoing defintiion  development  the  team's definition  done
• Work together  senior management  ensure full  proper understanding  agreement  the short  long-term objectives  the company  a whole  of  role  the IT section within it.
• Must adhere  the  of transparency, inspection  adaptation
• Perform  necessary communication  reporting processes  the company General  and company stakeholders  required

Requirements

• Able  undertake  the  and expectations  a Scrum  Owner (Agile Development)
• Experience  Product Owner  verifiable references highly desirable
• Product Owner qualifications  desirable
• Able  communicate  written  spoken English
• Able  communicate (written  spoken)  Khmer  highly advantageous
• Experience  a software development technical lead strong advantage
• Good experience  the deployment  development  integrated software projects
• Experience  any  within Scrum / Agile engineering techniques  strong advantage
• Experience  wireframing, design, style-guide implementation  product development.
• Experience  managing IT development teams
